Before real estate? University of Chicago, a public equities fund, and a couple of start up shots. Those years trained me to think strategically and move fast when it matters.

Personally, I've lived all over Chicago: Hyde Park, Lakeview, Logan Square, River North, Evanston. I know the neighborhoods, the micro-markets, and the buyer psychology behind them.
